the folds in the face are too sharp in some spots such as the wrinkles on the nose. I don't know how you did your modelling it looks like NURBS can you change your settings for the deformer

black shadows are a bit too dark/smudgy but that can be easily fixed
Overall nice work hope you will finish the body also

Great skin texture and a pretty good model. My main crit would be the beard, looks a bit flattish (below the cheeks).

imo the contour on the right nostril is too sharp, and therefore it looks too high up - imo
